ELGIN EVENINGS
For many years, we have supported charities and the local community; and this year it’s no different. It is our duty to give a little back, that’s why we host Elgin Evenings throughout the year, adding a little extra fun to our midweek breaks. More importantly, they serve a bigger purpose and allows us to really make a difference – all with your help!

In 2024, we will be supporting The Boathouse Youth.

The Boathouse Youth works with children and young people between the ages of five and 17 from socio-economically deprived communities across Blackpool. They also operate a specialist programme for children with additional needs and disabilities. Their aim is to facilitate a safe space to improve mental wellbeing, promote positive behaviours, support educational growth and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Breaking the cycle of deprivation is key to enabling these young people to lead their best lives.

With your support on Elgin Evenings throughout the years, a 5 kilometre ‘trolley dash’ along the prom and our annual fundraising dinner, we have raised close to £40,000 for this most worthy cause. We can assure you that your continued support is very much appreciated by the charity and all of the children in the local area.
