Rates All prices are correct at the time of going to print, however, they may be subject to change in the event of a heavy rise in inflation or increases in government taxes. On very rare occasions, some details may change due to circumstances out of our control. In the event of this happening, we will endeavour to contact guests with existing bookings as quickly as possible. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required upon booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is then payable on arrival. We reserve the right to cancel bookings held on our system without a deposit. Bookings for our Christmas House Party, New Year House Party and Theatre Breaks require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person. Christmas and New Year balances must be settled on or before 1st December 2026. Bookings inclusive of coach travel with Elgin Tours require a nonrefundable deposit of £60 per person at the time of booking. The full balance is then due no later than six weeks prior to travel. General Notes Check in is available from 3pm on your arrival day. Check out is 10am on your departure day. Early check in and late check out can be arranged on requested (subject to availability) for an additional supplement of £20 each. Please speak to our reservations team if you would like to add one of these options on to your booking. Holiday Insurance We strongly advise that guests take out holiday protection insurance at the time of booking or check that they are adequately covered under an existing policy. Parking We have a small car park at the front of the hotel and one down the side of the hotel (accessed via Northumberland Avenue), therefore, parking is limited. Due to this, we cannot guarantee parking on our property. Guests parking on our property are required to hand their car keys to our Reception team. A number of our management team are insured to move your car in case of emergency. The streets surrounding the hotel are unrestricted (except for double yellow lines) and carry no charge.
