At the Elgin we know that
the hotel is only as good as its staff and we are very proud of the dedicated
team who look after you before and during your stay. We continuously
appraise ourselves and look for ways of improving our skills and services.
The Elgin has ‘Investor in People Status’ which was recently reassessed
with much praise from the assessor. More recently we have commenced
‘Train to Gain’ making our team even more customer focused and giving
them NVQ qualifications in their particular areas of expertise.
